Disclaimer
This Disclaimer sets out the nature of the service provided by HesGoal TV and the limits of the platform’s responsibility for content and information accessible through the site.
Nature of Our Service
HesGoal is a football streaming information platform that provides match schedules, stream listings, and live score information for football competitions around the world. The platform aims to give fans a convenient, well-organised way to follow live football throughout the season.
Accuracy of Information
The HesGoal team works to keep match schedules, kickoff times, and competition listings as accurate as possible. However, the platform cannot guarantee that all information is entirely free of error at every moment. Fixture changes, postponements, and rescheduled matches happen across all competitions, and while the team works to reflect these promptly, occasional inaccuracies may occur.
Visitors who require fully confirmed fixture details for planning purposes should cross-reference with the official websites of the relevant league or competition, such as the Premier League or UEFA official platforms.
No Guarantee of Continuous Service
HesGoal aims to provide stable, consistent access at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Factors outside the platform’s control may occasionally affect availability:
| Factor | Possible Effect |
|---|---|
| High traffic during major fixtures | Temporary slowdown in page loading |
| Network or hosting issues | Brief interruptions in site accessibility |
| Scheduled maintenance | Planned, temporary downtime for improvements |
| External service changes | Adjustments to how certain listings display |
Visitor Responsibility
Each visitor is responsible for confirming that their use of HesGoal complies with the laws applicable in their country of residence. Regulations regarding online sports streaming vary across different regions and jurisdictions. Visitors in the United Kingdom should be particularly aware of broadcasting rights legislation before using the platform regularly.
Visitors are also responsible for maintaining their own device security through updated antivirus software and safe browsing habits, as third-party advertising displayed on the platform may originate from networks not directly controlled by HesGoal.
Trademarks and Referenced Entities
All league names, club names, and competition names referenced on HesGoal — such as the Premier League, UEFA Champions League, La Liga, Serie A, and Bundesliga — are trademarks belonging to their respective rights holders. These references appear on the platform for descriptive and informational purposes only and do not imply any official affiliation or partnership between those organisations and HesGoal.
External Links
HesGoal may include links to external websites beyond the platform’s control. Their presence does not constitute an endorsement of their content, security standards, or privacy practices. Visitors should exercise appropriate caution when accessing any external site.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HesGoal and its team accept no liability for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the platform or reliance on information presented through it, including but not limited to data loss or device-related issues.
Changes to This Disclaimer
HesGoal reserves the right to update this Disclaimer at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any updates represents acceptance of the revised terms.
